The vestibular system is located in the inner ear and helps to stabilise your balance. If this system is disrupted, it may lead to dizziness, vertigo, and other impacts. We aim to help with these issues with vestibular rehabilitation, which may include treatments such as gaze stabilisation exercises, gait training, and the use of video goggles.
Jaw Pain
Pain and disorders of the temporomandibular joint, commonly known as TMJ or simply the jaw, are surprisingly common. We aim to help with your jaw pain by assessing you and providing treatment options such as joint mobilisation, soft tissue or muscle releases, and postural exercises.
