Onero™ is an evidence-based exercise program designed specifically for people with or low bone density, such as osteopenia and osteoporosis. Developed by researchers at the Bone Health Foundation, it focuses on safe, targeted strength and impact training proven to improve bone strength, muscle function, and balance — all key factors in improving or maintaining bone density and reducing the risk of falls and fractures.

Each session is supervised by trained practitioners who tailor the exercises to your ability and health needs, ensuring safety and effectiveness, sessions also have a focus on education, empowering you to take control of your health.
