Nick joins the Ace Allied Health teams after completing his Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology locally at Latrobe University in Bendigo.
Passionate about health and fitness from a young age, Nick joins us after previous experience in both one on one and group fitness training, working with a wide variety of clients including young athletes in elite programs, adult populations with all manner of musculoskeletal injuries and those with neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s Disease and post Stroke.
Nick will work with you, towards your goals, with a big focus on empowering you to achieve through exercise, lifestyle changes, and education. Nick can work with clients with a variety of conditions to improve quality of life and get you back to your best, this includes;
- Rehabilitation from Musculo-skeletal injuries and surgeries.
- Rehabilitation for return to the workplace/sport/leisure activities.
- Chronic Disease Management, including T1/T2 Diabetes, Heart and Respiratory Disease and conditions.
- Osteoporosis & Osteoarthritis management.
- Neurological Condition management including Parkinson’s, CP and post stroke or brain injury.
- Falls Prevention and Balance training.
Outside of work you may Nick participating in his own fitness endeavours, such as functional training, weight lifting and CrossFit.
